Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which was relatively outdated, has been renovated to a sleek modern design and is now where the fans and supporters enjoy the ultimate matchday experience. The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has now replaced their old stadium ‘White Hart Lane’, which they played at for 118 years!
As the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was quite outdated, the club looked for different ways to modernise the stadium and improve the location for the players and the fans. However, they were unsure whether they should make a whole new stadium or refurbish an existing one, and they went ahead with renovating an existing one.
During the 2018/19 season, the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was opened and built with the ultimate matchday experience, including world-class facilities, state of the art design, and excellent acoustics. Thus, ensuring one of the best atmospheres of any club ground in Europe when you purchase your Spurs tickets.
Our Spurs hospitality packages also include different seating area options, providing you with a more fantastic choice of where to watch the game.

Spurs v Doncaster Rovers Previous Fixture
Spurs and Doncaster Rovers rarely meet in competitive fixtures, and the last time these two sides met was in a League Cup Second Round fixture at the Keepmoat Stadium on Wednesday, 26th August 2009. A place in the next round was at stake for Tottenham, as they looked to win this competition for a fifth time, and they were led at the time by Manager Harry Redknapp.
The Lilywhites had entered the competition in this round, while Doncaster had to get the better of Notts County to secure the opportunity to play against their Premier League counterparts. Doncaster achieved this by beating Notts County 1–0, thanks to a winning goal from James Coppinger early in the second half. Notts County were in League Two, just as they are today, while Doncaster Rovers were a Championship club at the time.
In the most recent game between Doncaster and Spurs on Wednesday, 26th August 2009, the visitors were able to win emphatically, winning 5 – 1 thanks to the goals of Tom Huddlestone (9’), Jamie O’Hara (11’), Peter Crouch (37’), David Bentley (52’), and Roman Pavlyuchenko (69’).
Tottenham Hotspur, who are now under the stewardship of their Danish Head Coach Thomas Frank, will be hoping for a similar result when they meet Grant McCann’s Doncaster Rovers at the iconic Tottenham Hotspur Stadium that’s located in the heart of North London in the Third Round of this season’s Carabao Cup.
