Lucas Moura is a 25 year-old dynamic and quick-paced right winger (RW) who joined Tottenham Hotspur on January transfer deadline day in 2018.
Moura began his professional career playing for Sao Paulo where he was born. He debuted for the Brazilian club in 2010, netting four goals in 25 appearances. In the following season, he scored 13 goals and made 8 assists in all completions.
Lucas quickly picked up international recognition for his pace down the wings and in 2012 signed for French Giants Paris-Saint-Germain. The speedy Brazilian was supposedly linked with Manchester United and Inter Milan, however PSG signed Moura – making him, at that time, the most expensive player the club had ever signed. Moura debuted against AC Ajaccio on the 11th January 2013, and scored his first goal for the club in a league clash with Bordeaux. Lucas Moura won a vast array of honours during his five full seasons with the French club, including: 4 Ligue 1 titles, 3 Coupe de France Cups, 4 French League Cups. Moura scored 45 times for PSG in all competitions during his time there.
Lucas Moura made his international debut for Brazil against Scotland in 2011. In the same year, he scored his first international goal against South American counterparts Argentina. Lucas represented Brazil 3 times at the 2012 Olympics. He has been capped 36 times.
